I have done this on a Windows 7 Professional installation. I would suggesting reading all of the steps below before starting the install. Trying to do a shortcut may cause MapSource not to install correctly. You have to follow these steps precisely. Double-click "Setup.exe" to install MapSource Right-click MSmain.msi in select Install.Ĥ.
If you follow the steps below, you can install it on your WINDOWS (Sorry Apple) computer. Unfortunately, Garmin no longer allows you to download it from their site, but I have it on my web-server.
As most everyone knows, MapSource has been depricated and Garmin no longer supports it, but it is a very good mapping program.
